Hi there, I have a a HP Deskjet 2700 and have recently got a new modem. Now my printer doesn't work (offline) and I don't know how to reconnect my printer to the new modem/ wifi. Can anyone advise how to do it please.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Try doing a Wireless reset on the printer and then use HP Smart app to setup and add the printer to the network again.
