My chromebook is wirelessly connected to my HP  Offcie Jet Pro 8710 printer and I can print without any issues. I am unable to scan to the computer or to my email. When I try to scan it say no computer is detected even though when I print out a configuration page it shows the  chromebook is connected.  When I go to the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710

Embedded Web Server it shows everything is connected yet when i press scan on the printer I receive the error message that no computer is connected. Please advise as this is very frustrating.

HP Recommended

On the Chromebook, click the clock in the bottom right corner, and then click the Settings icon . Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Advanced. Scroll to the Printing section, click Printers, and then click Add Printer. If your printer displays, click it, and then click Add.
