I know that in the past I've been able to make a copy right on the printer at (for instance) 125% of the original. I can't find the place on the printer to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for confirming.

 

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
