HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer

I used to live in the UK. I then moved to Greece and found out that i cannot change my location to Greece (?!?), so i created a new HP account. Now I have 2 accounts which creates all sorts of issues. 

 

I am trying to delete my account, so i only use one, but for the life of me I cannot locate any such option anywhere. How can that be? I have never had an account anywhere, that not only it cant change location but also cannot be deleted! (I am not a member of any subscription products, although i would like to start instant ink, but the 2 accounts are causing issues).

 

I have seen in this forum some suggestions to contact the US privacy office and submit a data protection request, which sounds hard to believe. Is this the standard means of just deleting your account?? (As i said, the account locations are UK and Greece and i want to keep one, not in the US)
