Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I couldn't keep my Deskjet 2700 series connected via wifi...the printer constantly lost connection.  I finally hooked it up via USB, but it still shows disconnected from Instant Ink in the HP Smart app.

On the Instant Ink website, it shows the printer as offline.   I have no idea how to connect this printer...it's literally hard wired at this point.
