I have a new Deskjet 3755 that I never set up, trying to do it now. It's not even listed in HP Smart in the manual setup drop down menu. 

 

Looking for support, site doesn't even recognize the serial number. I bought directly from HP! 

 

Is there any way to use this or did I spend money on a pile of junk?

Uninstall and reinstall the HP smart and try again.
