Lost all WIFI services ==> printer would not work, could not log on and could not bring computer up (black screen) and resetting router and trying to reboot did not solve the problem.  Called HP tech support and while still on the phone with them they called Multi Verse LLC which they said would solve my tech issues.  Multi Verse LLC was very helpful: spent 8 hours with me fixing all problems completely.  They then said my problems were caused because all my desktop DLL file had been corrupted by worms and showed me a list of thousands with the corruption error message on each.  They said they could fix that but that I should purchase Norton Lifelock Antivirus and Firewall services to enhance my security.  Sounded reasonable so I purchased both at a lifetime benefit for a total of $2100.00.  I was happy with their service since they resolved all my problems, and I also can see that the Antivirus has been installed and is working.   Was I scammed and overcharged????

That's a bunch of cash spent for just wanting your printer connected.

HP Support does not shift customers over to scammers who crawl through your computer, tell you the sky is falling, and then sell you unwanted security software for huge amounts of money.

All that said, if you are happy with the outcome, who's to say otherwise?

My opinion:  You landed on other than HP Support and were turned over to thieves.
