Hi,
I bought one week ago an HP Wireless Printing Upgrade Kit, which is a wireless printing kit to add wireless connectivity to a non-wireless HP printer.
I cannot use the HP Wireless Printing Upgrade Kit on my main laptop with Windows 10 or my second laptop with XP (64 bits) because these laptops don't recognise the USB. If the USB is not recognised, then I cannot configure the wireless connexion. Basically, the laptop doesn't find a driver to install the USB dongle:
I have found the theoretical drivers for all the kit (ver. 1.3.5) however, the laptop doesn't recognise the USB dongle in Win 10 or XP.
Any idea about what driver for the USB Wireless Adapter can I use?
