Hi,

 

I have had the problem for 2 weeks that my printer can no longer reach the web services.

Embedded Web Server says "no connection to HP connected" and InstantInk simply says "Printer is offline, try again later".

The printer is connected to my WiFi network and everything looks fine. 

 

Someone told me that it could be that the printer's real time clock has the wrong time or date. But where can I see which date and time the printer has and where can I set it up?

 

What can I do to make the printer reconnect to the web services so that I can use InstantInk again?
