My HP ENVY 6000 printer no longer sees wi-fi network, so constantly shows offline.
Tried resetting, but now constantly in set-up mode. Tried WPS button on printer and router after rebooting printer, pc and router but with no success. HP smart app can't see printer.

Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connection Issues on HP ENVY 6000 Printer
If your HP ENVY 6000 printer is no longer able to detect your Wi-Fi network, you can follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
-
Restart Your Devices:
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the printer and the power source.
- Restart your router by unplugging it, waiting for about 15 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
- After 60 seconds, reconnect the power cord to your printer and turn it back on.
-
Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- Ensure your router is functioning properly and all necessary lights on the router are active.
- Make sure that your printer and router are within range of each other without any obstructions.
-
Reestablish the Wireless Connection:
- For HP ENVY 6000 printers without a touchscreen, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the back of the printer for about five seconds to reset the wireless connection.
- If your router supports WPS, press the WPS button on the router.
- For printers with touchscreens, navigate through the printer’s menu to 'Network' or 'Wireless' settings and run the Wireless Setup Wizard to reconnect to your network.
-
Ensure Correct Network Password:
- Verify that the correct Wi-Fi password is being used during the setup process.
-
Use the HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Remove the printer if it's already added by right-clicking on the printer name and selecting "Hide Printer."
- Re-add the printer by selecting the plus icon and following the on-screen instructions to set up the printer on your Wi-Fi network.
