Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

My printer will not connect with any Wi-Fi. I have a router that it connected with when first purchased. I connected with my Android phone also. About 2 weeks ago I tried to print a document and my computer just sat there with the job in queue. Tried all the trouble-shooting on the Wi-Fi quick start and Wi-Fi Direct. . Even went into my router and told it the printers address! When I try to rest the Wi-Fi the purple light just pulses for a very ong time and never hooks up.

My phone knows the printer is there but the HP Smart app says it is not available.

Did I get a lemon??

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please reset the wireless to defaults and then use HP Smart to setup and connect printer to the network.
