HP Recommended

I changed the wifi name and password when upgraded. I show a connection on the printer screen and on the Verizon devices site. The Mac number matches the same as on the old router but the IP addresses are different if that matters. I have pinged the printer from the Verizon site and was successful, however I get an error upon printing. Troubleshooter finds no problem. Verizon couldn't help, so....Help!!
