Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Can't believe HP stopped supporting my 1 year old printer.  I can print documents, but cannot print .pdf and other picture formates.  can anyone help since HP won't.

@whattodoA1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to print certain types of documents. If you are able to print some documents, it means the printer is working fine. This could be an application-specific issue.

Do you get any errors while printing?

Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

 

Use the Adobe Reader app to print the PDF files.

Update the app or reinstall it and then try printing.
