Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Envy 7800 will not connect to the internet. I have gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions. Troubleshooting just says to connect to internet.  The on /off switch does not work. When I unplug it and replug the screen comes on but there is no menu and the screen does not respond to anything so I cannot command it to connect..
