HP Recommended

I've uninstalled the HP Smart software, reinstalled, done the printer doctor, installed windows updates, restarted the computer and the printer.  Unplugged and replugged the internet.  Nothing works.  Just suddenly the software couldn't log me in and refuses to work without it. And no I don't have a VPN.  Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001
