Hi!

I'm having problems connecting my printer to my Wifi. I recently moved to Oregon so my Wifi changed and is different from my old one. My printer turns on and is connected to the Wifi but there is an exclamation point next to the Wifi symbol on my printer screen.

Please help!

Welcome to the HP support community.

Restore network settings to default settings

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Refer page number 62 in this user guide for the steps to connect the printer:- Click here

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
