HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

I purchased this printer in June 2023 with a 3 year care pack. I had problems with it since receipt starting with the cartridge door being jammed in like someone had sat on it. I have spent hours with HP support trying to fix issues including not printing, printing part pages, losing connection etc. The latest problem is that I changed internet provider and now cannot connect using HP Smart. I have followed all the steps asked by Support on WhatsApp today including a complete factory reset. Nothing works. Now WhatsApp Support has finished for the day and once again I'm left unable to use the printer.  I have a care pack which allegedly includes next day replacement. How do I get HP to accept that I need a replacement printer?
