Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

I cannot enable the wifi on my printer, I am getting the error "The feature has been locked by the person who setup this printer". I am the sole owner of this printer and did not lock it. 

 

I have tried restoring the factory defaults but I get the same error, that the feature has been locked. I am unable to utilize any functionality on the printer. I did not lock it and none of the usernames or passwords I have tried work.

 

Please help.
