Hi @Alkhattab11,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've forgotten the admin password and username for your HP Ink Tank 410 printer, you may need to perform a factory reset to restore the default settings. Keep in mind that performing a factory reset will erase all custom settings, including the Wi-Fi configuration. Here's a general guide on how to perform a factory reset on HP Ink Tank 410 printers.

Turn on the printer:

  • Ensure that the printer is turned on.

Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons simultaneously:

  • Locate the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the front panel of the printer.
  • Press and hold these buttons together for about five seconds until the Power light starts to blink.

Release the buttons:

  • Once the Power light starts blinking, release the Wireless and Cancel buttons.

Wait for the reset to complete:

  • The printer will reset to its factory default settings. This process may take a few minutes.

Print a network configuration page:

  • After the reset is complete, the printer will print a network configuration page.
  • This page will contain information about the printer's IP address and other network settings.

Access the printer settings:

  • Open a web browser on a device connected to the same network as the printer.

Enter the printer's IP address in the address bar:

  • Type the printer's IP address, which you can find on the network configuration page, into the address bar of your web browser.

Access the printer's web interface:

  • Once you enter the IP address, you should be able to access the printer's web interface.

Login with default credentials:

  • The default username is usually "admin," and the default password is often left blank. If it requires a password, try "admin" as the password.

Change the Wi-Fi settings:

  • Navigate to the wireless or network settings within the web interface to update the Wi-Fi configuration.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
