I understand you’ve forgotten the username and password for your HP LaserJet Pro M15w printer, you can reset the printer to its default settings, which will erase any custom login credentials (including those for the web interface or HP Smart app) and restore the printer to its factory settings. Here’s how you can do that:
 

Resetting the HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer

1. Power off the printer by pressing the power button.
2. Hold down the Cancel button (the red X button) while turning the printer back on.
3. Keep holding the Cancel button until the printer’s lights start flashing, and then release the button.
4. The printer will perform a reset and return to its default factory settings.

Reconfigure Your Printer

After the reset, you’ll need to reconnect your printer to your WiFi network and set up any other configurations that were customized. Here’s how you can set it up again:
 

Use the Printer’s Control Panel:

• If it’s a wireless setup, go to the Wireless menu on the printer control panel.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect to your WiFi network.

Use the HP Smart App or Web Interface:

• You can download the HP Smart App on your computer or mobile device and follow the setup process to add your printer back.
• Alternatively, access the printer’s web interface by typing the printer’s IP address (usually available in the printer settings or on the printed configuration page) into a web browser.
