Got samsung s24 fe and it's not connecting to printer. Was able to pring 2 pages but no more

S24 fe shows message saying can't connect to unknown. Sometimes the screen looks like it might print but it doesnt

Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit. / - Is the error message on the printer control panel or the printer application?

- May I know which application are you using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was connected to the network or working fine from any other device?

- Were there any changes made to your printer or router recently?
