The printer used to connect wirelessly to two laptops. A different laptop was plugged in via USB cord to print a document. Now the printer will not connect to the laptops it was connected to for years. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software and drivers, running the print and scan doctor. The print and scan doctor says it is unable to connect to the printer. It shows up on the list, but will not connect.
The blue light on my printer is on and solid, stating it is connected to the network. I printed ad Status report and a Network Configuration report, and both look good. The printer shows it is connected to the network, and the printer shows up on the list for the print and scan doctor, they will not communicate though.
When trying to set it up like a new printer, through a wireless connection, the set up wizard says it is unable to connect.
I would like to just get the printer back to how it was
