Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

There is no issue with my wireless connection, the printer HP Deskjet 3530 seems to connect, I can print to it without issue.

When I try to connect to the web services it tells me it is unable to connect.

Hi,

Please download and install the latest printer updates from your computer using below utility:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/dj3520_2023A/DJ3520_2023A.exe

 

Once completing the update check for any difference and let me know the results.
