I am having so much trouble connecting my HP all in one printer 3636 to a new internet provider. So much so I can not even photocopy. Honestly so ***bleep***. Honestly such a hassle all the new ***bleep***tech. Just wanna simple print!!!

To assist better -

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 
  2. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  3. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network orpublic network?
  4. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  5. What is the error you receive when you try and copy?
