HP 3700 was working wifi. Vodafone changed Workstation, now does'nt work with 5GHz

I was working with HP3700 with wifi connection at home. Vodafone changed my Workstation, now operates at 5GHz. HP Smart says me I can't connect to the wifi net as a 2.4 GHZ connection is needed. I set the workstation operating at 2.4 and 5 GHz, but I can't connect. All other devices operating very well.

@CV_53, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The 2.4 and 5 GHz networks should have different SSIDs.

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I solved the problem by myself 2 days ago. I think that I'm not the only one with this problem as Vodafone is changing a lot od Station here in Italy at the moment. It could have been useful to insert in the FAQ some simple instructions just explaing the need to have separate SSID for a signal at 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz.

The real answer is first of all to work on the Vofafone Station configuration and then reconnect the printer to the new SSID.
