My Hp 4155 all in one— will no longer connect to wifi after getting a new wifi home service. It will not connect and I can not use the printer. In set up mode and will not connect to my new WiFi. I have the smart app on my cell phone and laptop and nothing will work. Have tried to connect for DAYS upon DAYS. Not worth $40 for tech support when I can buy a non HP printer. This is my last resort. Someone please fix this hunk of junk

@Dom124, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
1. Turn on your printer and make sure it is in a ready state.
2. Restore Network Settings:
Press and hold the Wireless button (🛜) and the Cancel button (❌) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi:
Using WPS: Press the WPS button on your router, then press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the wireless light starts blinking. Wait for the connection to establish.
Using HP Smart App: Download the HP Smart app on your device, open it, and follow the prompts to add your printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
