Hello I recently moved to a new apartment and switched ISPs, when I plugged in the printer at the new apartment I'm getting this message " this feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer"
I'm guessing it's some sort of security feature because I have instant ink? How can I get the printer connected to my new Wi-Fi network? Everything seems to be locked

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
