Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

From day one this printer has lost connection.  Tiny menu on printer says all is fine including BT.  Delete printer, reinstall printer, find new drivers...nothing has worked until a tech from Instant Ink was allowed into my PC and fixed. I no longer have Instant Ink due to no printing especially after Win 11.  There is something VERY wrong with this very pricey model.  WHY cannot it not be fixed?
