Common problems for Connectivity Issues

HP Recommended

Our HP 8600 wireless printer has been working fine until yesterday.  We changed internet providers and have a new router.  I've done all of the recommended troubleshooting steps in the manual and what I've read on-line.  I've turned off the router, turned off the computer, unplugged both, turned them back on, and initiated the wizard at least 15 times.  The printer finds the router, I add the password, it tried to connect and then I receive and error message that it can't connect to the network.  The blue wi-fi light does not come on.  I reset to original default, same error message.  All my other IoTs are working fine - tvs are streaming, phones are connected, computers are connected, but I can't print because my 8600 can't connect.  

 

Is there something internally that needs to be reset by HP?  Very frustrating!  Must have spent 3-4 hours yesterday on this and am still at the same place that I started.
