My OfficeJet Pro 8610 was working just fine. Then, it just stopped. Blue light started blinking. It no longer prints and is no longer connected to the wireless network. Troubleshooted several various ways. Nothing works. Printed Wireless Network Test Results. Solution states MAC address filtering could prevent printer from connecting. My MAC address filtering is disabled. The IP address is also not listed on this printed report. I'm an HP Instant Ink subscriber. Need some help please.
