Hello,

When i try to add product by serial number i get this message "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Second thing is that i can't connect to my Wi-Fi, i printed Network Configuration Report and it says:
Wi-Fi Interface:
- Status - Not Run

- Error - Not Run

- Action -Not Run.

How can i use HP smart from printer using ethernet and Wi-Fi on my mobile?
