HP DESK JET 2732 is stuck on paper size 5x7 and won’t pop up in my hp account anymore

Printer will not change paper size so I can print documents. My hp account won’t allow me to connect to printer to fix printer paper size. This printer gives me issues printing all the time. Worst printer I ever bought and will never purchase Hp again
