Hello.  We are unable to print since moving.  The system seems to accepts and connect to WiFi with the new password however, the WiFi blue light on the printer continues to blink instead of staying solid. And the network configuration page printout shows the network status as “Offline”.  And the wireless status as “Disabled”.  The top of the printout also says that the Wireless Radio on the HP printer is currently turned OFF.  And at this point, we are unsure if we are attempting to do this correctly. After 4 hours of trying to connect using various instructions from the manual and online, we have given up.

When we try to AirPrint, we can’t do that either because no printer shows up to accept/print.  Since most of our printing is through our mobile devices, and used to work prior to our moving, we would like to get this ability to print back.

Thank you.
