DeskJet 4130 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a DeskJet 4130 All In One Printer which I have connected to the WIFI network in the house.  I have a laptop that is running Windows 10 Version 20H2 and connected to the same network.  I leave the printer switched on and connected to the WIFI network

I brought the laptop out of hibernation this morning, did a few things.  I then wanted to print a document, so I printed it.  The Printer in Windows 10 was listed as Offline.  I verified that the Printer was on the WIFI network and had an IP address.  I opened up the HP Smart application on the laptop and it connected to the Printer perfectly fine - picking up all of the settings.

I then restarted the Print Spooler service, it restarted fine.  The Printer was still offline in Windows 10.

I then power cycled the Printer at the mains.  As soon as it came back up, the print job started to print.  Therefore the issue is with the Printer.

This happens after a day or so of non-use.  So the printer goes into sleep.

The same issue happens on macOS 11.x...  So the issue is with the Printer...

Can you advise what the issue is with the Printer and how it should be re-configured to prevent this from happening?
