Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have connected my HP Deskjet 1210 to my Macbook Pro using the USB cable. Is it possible to airprint from my iphone when the Macbook and iPhone are on my home wifi network?

I found a solution. I loaded the Printopia app and it solved the problem, it found the printer connected to my laptop and allowed me to print from my iPhone. It took only a few minutes, it did all the work for me. It’s a great app!

You will not be able to print from a mobile device in that way.

I found a solution. I loaded the Printopia app and it solved the problem, it found the printer connected to my laptop and allowed me to print from my iPhone. It took only a few minutes, it did all the work for me. It’s a great app!
