Die WLAN-Anzeige meines Druckers blinkt seit Kurzem. WLAN ist aktiviert, aber die blaue Leuchte blinkt. Im System wird „Drucker deaktiviert“ angezeigt. Beim Versuch, ihn einzurichten, erscheint außerdem die Fehlermeldung „Fehlercode: -3“.

Früher hatte ich beim Arbeiten mit MS Word ständig druckerbezogene Fehlermeldungen und der Bildschirm fror ein. Ich konnte das Problem beheben, indem ich Dateien auf meinem Smartphone öffnete und die Druckfreigabe von dort aus erteilte. Jetzt wird der Drucker aber auch auf meinem Smartphone nicht mehr gefunden.

My printer's Wi-Fi indicator has been blinking lately. Wi-Fi is enabled, but the blue light is blinking. The system shows "Printer disabled." When I try to set it up, I also get the error message "Error code: -3."

I was constantly getting printer-related error messages and the screen freezing while working with MS Word. I was able to solve the problem by opening files on my smartphone and printing the version from there. Now the printer can no longer be found on my smartphone.
