Hi, 

I recently bought this HP Deskjet 3752 and the original setup was smooth. I recently got a new modem and router, so my home WIFI has changed. I am unable to set the printer up with my new network. I have tried every step I can find on this issue (on this forum and on the internet) and I am not having any luck. I am unable to see the printer in the HP Smart App when I try to "add a new printer".  I am generally tech savvy, so I can usually figure this stuff out, but this one is driving me crazy.

 

Please help!

@ADizzle71, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

 

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
