HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675: No option to print in color/black & white, using WiFi.
My printer's updated firmware is the latest (auto-updated)
For installation I used Full_Webpack-40.15.1231-DJ4670_Full_Webpack.exe.
also, I'm using the latest HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility.
If I connect it with the cable to the PC via the USB port, I can print in color. I can choose the color option to print because it gives the option
to choose (black/white or colored) setting box.
But when in wireless mode prints only in monochrome, not giving the possibility to choose in the setting box of properties/paper
and quality of the color or monochrome function.
Tried several times uninstalling and installing the printer again but the problem still exists.
PLS give me a solution to resolve the problem.
