Greetings Community Home Support Family

I have an HP ENVY 6455c Aii in one Printer.  The serial number is TH279GJ1CQ

I was away and may have left my printer "ON" for about 10 days.

When first started to print documents sent ffrom my HP Pavillion lapto, and then p, nothing happened

All my connections were perfect, but nothing was posted as to why it wasn't printing.

When I followed instructions to reset, like "Hold Down Info Button for 3 seconds and Release.

Then Hold down Info button until all buttons were lit, and then press the Info button and the RESUME button at the same time. Thats when I noticed that the Resume light was not on. Does anyone think this may be the issue?

There was no notice on my laptop's screen about what was going on. Could there be a problem with the wiring?
