Hello,

We just recently got a new router and I can no longer connect to our wifi. The printer detects the wifi but won't connect. Please help. I tried unplugging everything already.

I just realized that we have 5G and the printer is not compatible with that network speed. I am now trying to connect via USB, but the port on the back is not usb:

Hello @LieselGood 

 

Yes, it is USB, but for this printer model, the inputs are different. But just ask for a USB cable for the printer and the resellers will already know which standard.
