Product: HP Envy 4527

Our HP Envy 4527 wireless printer is not connected to our wireless internet. We try and ‘search for wireless internet’ but it then finds no wireless networks. Even when we revert to factory setup it still doesn’t link to any wireless internet. Also tried with my phone personal hotspot but doesn’t recognise or link to this either! Help please!
