I have a new internet provider.  My computer is good to go, but my printer can not find the network to connect to my computer.

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues.  I’d like to help!

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:


Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or 5Ghz network?

 

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?


How is the printer connected USB or Wireless? 
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
