I have an Envy Photo 7855 and we added a tp-link Deco X60 mesh router system. I cannot connect the printer to this network. All other devices have been connected and working for a couple of months. We went to use the printer and then saw it was not connected to the network. I prefer not to use WIFI direct so my wife can print like she always had been and not have to adjust here WIFI settings. I can connect directly to the Modem wireless network with no issue. I tried both the Wizard and the WPS method with no results. Does the Envy Photo 7855 need some software or firmware update? As per some Web information I checked the settings on the Mesh router and I also tried the HP Smart App with no success. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

Please Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer, Clickk HERE and then set up the priter again.
