OfficeJet Pro 9020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is on an instant ink package and instant ink is enabled on the webservices. The account and the printer can connect and communicate however it is not updating the amount of pages printed. I have printed off massive work bundles in the last 48 hours and yet my page counter remains at 37 pages. So either I get unlimited printing and I'm not limited to pages even though my package says I have 1500 pages a month or I'm not going to get any further ink shipments. How do i fix this and is it going to mess up when the ink shipment will be sent out? The cartridges are approximately half full at the moment but with the amount I print this wont be the case for very long.

I've tried hunting hp instant ink support for live chat and get told its closed (its always closed apparently) and the phone support lady could only tell me its connected to the plan (which I already know) and so it must be ok (but its not because its not doing what it should be doing)

Any help or insight would be appreciated.
