Hi @deepak1122,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Hi there, I'm sorry you're experiencing this connection issue with your HP LaserJet Professional P1606dn—it can be really frustrating when your printer doesn't connect properly, especially when you need to print important documents. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps together to see if we can resolve the problem:

Check the Internet Connection:

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable and working by testing it with another device.
  • Restart your router to refresh the connection.

Verify Printer's Network Connection:

  • Make sure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
  • If using Wi-Fi, check that the printer's Wi-Fi indicator is on and not blinking.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP Support website to check for any available firmware updates for your printer model
  • Download and install the latest firmware if available.

Reconfigure Web Services:

  • Access the printer's control panel and navigate to the Web Services Setup.
  • Disable Web Services, wait for a few seconds, and then enable it again to refresh the connection.

Reset Network Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to the Network Settings menu.
  • Select the option to reset network settings to default and then reconnect to your network.

Check for Proxy Settings:

  • Ensure that your network does not require a proxy server, or if it does, make sure the printer's proxy settings are correctly configured.

Perform a Power Cycle:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
