HP OfficeJet 8022

I am having issues with my printer. It wouldn't print yesterday, so I used the Virtual Assistant. I did everything that was suggested. After doing a reset to factory setting, my printer is offline and won't print. I have Instant Ink, and the printer won't print because it won't connect to HP. I get an error message on the printer that says I can't print because I'm not enrolled in Instant Ink. I tried to connect it to the Instant Ink website, and it continues to show offline. I have done a refresh several times; I unplugged and waited 30 seconds, and I did another reset. I turned off the Web printing services. I have tried everything. Is there something else someone else tried? I have been using Instant Ink with this printer for awhile. I've never had this issue. TIA!

@janevans, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink, a factory reset is not recommended as all the Instant Ink data will be deleted from the printer. You will have to re-add the printer to your Instant Ink account.

Enable web services and you will get a claim code to add the printer.

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
