Printer connects to WiFI but cannot communicate to internet for INKT support.

I saw that the DNS Derver is wrong in the printer status output ,  how can I change the wrong DNS server  address

@Kees1951, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I assume you are using the Wifi-Direct option on the printer. 

 

To assist you better, do you have a personal wireless router?

If yes, follow these steps:

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

Hi Employee,

 

I have done the action and I see the right DNS adres. 

 

Still the printer cannot update the Printer apps , With quick formatvan printer to internet. Wireless connection is OK/ also the message of Server Problem.

 

There is still a problem with internet connection from the printr to internet.

 

Wireless connection is ok with computer.

 

Please your advice

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

If the issue persists, follow the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
