I am having an issue with an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Pro.  Whether I try to configure wired or wireless network printing, it says that the "...feature has been disabled. Contact the person who set up the printer."

There is no network setup menu of any kind on the printer screen.

I have reset the printer to factory defaults once.  It did not work - network printing still disabled.  I tried to reset to factory defaults but now I cannot find it.  I even tried the USB cable, and it will not print.

Please help!
