How do I name my printer , We have 3 of the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer series  in our office and we want to name them for selection of printers .

You can name them by location or something easy to know or simply printer 1, printer 2, printer 3. Please use following steps

 

  1. Press the Windows key, type “Control Panel”,
  2. Open Control Panel.
  3. Click on Devices and Printers.
  4. Right-click the printer and select the Printer properties option.
  5. Click the General tab.
  6. Specify a new name for the printer. ...
  7. Click the Apply button.
  8. Click the OK button.
