I logged into my instant ink account.  There is a red X that says "Not ready to Print."  and 

Unable to connect to the printer.
Check your connection and try again later.

It looks as if Instant Ink is not syncing properly because my printer cannot connect to my router.  My blue light is solid and the printer detected my router.  I contacted customer service and they were no help.   There is a message on my printer LCD screen that says "Connect Printer to update HP Instant Ink Status.  Printing will be blocked very soon."  I tried to connect to HP Connect with my printer and I kept getting errors as if I am blocked from getting to HP Connect.  I tried to solve this issue for about a week and it is driving me crazy!  Why should I continue to be an Instant Ink member if my printer cannot sync to it in real time.  It used to work like a charm!
